Our Story
Since opening in 2018, we have become well known for our fresh seafood dishes in Shropshire, for bringing flavours from my home town in Egypt to the tips of tongues in Shrewsbury.
During the covid pandemic we delivered takeaways and rode the stormy seas at La Mer Rouge. In 2022 we dove into the beautiful historic town centre where we expanded, becoming equally known for our Mediterranean meat dishes inspired by myself,
Chef Patron Sherif Shabayek.
Myself and my wife Natalie have built a friendly team over the years, committed to exceptional customer service, which has been at the fore front of our business since day one, so you can enjoy your experience with us like a breeze on the Red sea.
